With deep roots in the Hudson Valley, Nicole has built a vast network spanning over 30 years. Beginning with her retail store, Workers and Dreamers, in Rhinebeck, she continued to create and sell various retail stores and homes. As a certified Life Coach, she studied with pioneers in corporate coaching, further enhancing her expertise. Obtaining her sales license in 2009, Nicole worked with successful brokers in Columbia County. Recognizing a niche in the home buying and selling process through collaborations with artists and creative individuals, she opened her own real estate office in 2015. Nicole's goal is to provide clients with personalized attention, creating individual strategies to fulfill their dreams.

After co-owning an award-winning wine bar in New York City's West Village, Jen spent more than a decade building brands and communities in media and marketing, ultimately serving as Chief Marketing Officer at SHE Media before turning her longtime passion for homes into a career in real estate.
Having made the move from New York City to the Hudson Valley herself, Jen understands firsthand what goes into finding the right home. After buying, selling, and renovating homes of her own, from a weekend retreat on Long Island to her current home in the Hudson Valley, she appreciates both the emotional and practical sides of the process. She enjoys helping clients navigate each step with local insight, honest guidance, and an eye for a home's potential.
